Has anyone ever tried these? I never see them for auction on cbid or reviewed by CA, but I have seen them available to order on a couple of websites. I ordered two of the maduro to try. As they won't be here for a while, I'm interested in any comments anyone has.

Just smoked one this afternoon. A good standby... or anytime smoke. Tough to beat anything from Padron. If you like Nic sticks you'll love the Padron.

yeah, it's just different lengths in the 3k, 4k, and 5k. They are all very good.

They're on auction quite frequently,in 5packs and boxes in both Maduro and natural. Unfortunatly they usually go for more than you can buy them. If you are patient, sometimes you can pick up a good deal. BTW,put some age on these and they become sublime. X

Padron series (entire line) is the best all around everyday type smoke of any Nicaraguan brand. They definitely don't need it, but aging these beauts is icing on the cake.

JD1 - Right on target with his assessment. I love the entire line and Yes, I will even smoke the natural.

The entire line of Padrons are an excellent choice. I have had the 3000 and the 5000 maduro, and they are fantastic. Any Padron comes highly recommended from me.

You can't go wrong with Padron. I've never had a Padron I didn't like.

The Padron Anniversario's are simply the best, most consistant, smooth, full of flavor, beautiful, even burning, tons of smoke, and all around most orgasmic cigar that is not cuban.
Just my 2 Cents.

I beg your padron.
You just cant go wrong with anything from Padron. My most favorite cigar manufacturer. The flavor profile is pretty consistent, only getting more complex and rich as you move up the size and price range. The maduros are like smoking a rich cup of premium coffee. The naturals are not as sought after but I just love the Churchills in natural even better than the maduro. The 4000 is pretty close to the Churchill which got a 91 CA rating. Enjoy!!
