Can a boom be far behind? Though I've never seen one, living in the backwoods,I've seen a trade thread here seeking certain boxes. What is in demand and how much will people buy these boxes for?

Depends a lot on the brand, age and condition of the box.
** Sorry Spiny, this post had to be edited due to competitor references.

They types of boxes and prices are all over the board...I've seen 'em for $200+ in boutiques and bought one here for $7 on Cbid...
I prefer the ones with labels for a fun look and the wooden ones for a dressier occassion...let me know if you need any info on making them...or trading them...

E-Chick:
In doing spring cleaning to my coolerdor I find I have a Bolivar box with the great artwork which is about to be surplused. If that is of any interest to you I will be happy to send it to you.

I wouldn't turn down a free box...
...or even some great ones for a cigar trade...
...or at least enough trade to cover the shipping...
...or hey, Mike and I'll buy ya a round of drinks next time we're out your way, or you're out our way...(this is a fav since it will hopefully come to fruition!)
LMK,

Email on the way after I finish dusting out the corners to see if anything else worthy of your craftsmanship pops up.
And I'll hold out for the future drink. That would be fun.
