There are several good RP's imo. The Vintage 1979, Decade Cameroon and Sun Grown Maduro off the top of my head.

I like the Decade, Sungrown Maduro and Super Ligero.
The Super Ligero needs about a year of rest before it gets good, but I don't think Rocky makes that blend anymore. |

I think rocky put out some bad smokes in the 2000s that sorta hurt their image a bit.
Not to the level of Gurkha which is sad because Gurkha can make good cigars but they offer too much trash and brag it up as though it should be excellent. |
