And Delta is French, and I already insulted him and Stiegs, so that bridge has already burned.

Kool and the Gang - Wild and Peaceful

I was totally dismissive of these guys for decades. I thought they were Ladies Night and Celebrate and Joanna....really crappy music, I thought. I knew of Jungle Boogie, mostly from the Pulp Fiction DVD. But their early stuff is so much better than the not-real-funk-try-not-to-be-too-disco-y crap of the early 80's. Jazzy...funky...sometimes both at once...wild and peaceful....and groovin'
