For today I will be partaking in a Mushroom beer, yup, thats right, Mushroom.
Old Town Brewing - Mushroom Ale brewed in an American brown ale style. It reads to be a 6.0% ABV beer with hints of maple syrup and woody notes... Maybe a good pairing would be a Kristoff Maduro because of its chewy notes...
Jury is out on this one...
