A great friend and brother of the leaf lost his lovely wife last night. Blood clot in the leg gone wrong during surgery. Broke loose and went to the heart causing cardiac arrest. I am totally in shock. She was a good woman. I will miss her. Time to get out my last Las Calaveras for her memorial. I hate loosing younger friends. I am not sure I know how to process this. This sends chills down my spine. I would not know how carry on if I lost my wife. Stay strong for them brother. |

You have to remember to keep breathing. Force yourself to get out of bed, take showers, feed yourself, and go to work. After a while it gets easier, never, easy.
Remember to be excellent to each other for you never know when your or their time will come. |

Man, really sorry to hear that. Will definitely say a prayer. That is exactly how my mom passed (way too early). |

Amongst the mens group tonight was a young married guy, whose wife is going through tough medical problems, and he has 3 children. He was totally quiet through the discussions tonight because the loss of Jeffs wife must have hit him hard thinking his wife is just as vulnerable. it brought the reality of the fragility of life home to his bad situation. It has to be frightening. We must remember to treasure the things that can be gone in an instant, our health, or jobs, our freedoms, and our family and friends. Dont put off expressing your gratitude for your friends and family. Heres to my friends here at CBid!  |
