I want to say I saw him at the Florida Strawberry Festival years ago. I was impressed. Reminded me of Waylon without the deep voice though. Had some songs that were lyrically tight telling stories and he could pick the hell out of a guitar! |

Larry McMurtry is a very big deal in my new hometown. I live about 1/2 mike from McMurtry Road. Biggest thing to ever come out of Mountain Home, Idaho.
Didn’t know his son did music. Have to check him out. |

Love him,,has almost unmistakable sound.........Saw him almost by accident at a free concert ,,,,,,,just happened to be in the area of the concert and heard his sound,,made a BEELINE for the stage!!!! Good stuff......... "Cant make it here anymore!!" |
