When's the last time you smoked a sausage?
OK - got that out of the way...

Hey, finally looked up that mozzarella stuffed meatloaf.

A few recipes -
https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/266167/italian-mozzarella-stuffed-meatloaf/
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNUh4nX4LLk

Mom used a metal deep rectangular dish and filled the bottom and sides with the meatloaf, then added the cheese into the center, with more of the meat on top to seal it up. Then the marinara sauce on top. That way, the cheese doesn't run out of the sides while cooking. So delicious!

You're probably off your meatloaf kick by now, but it's worth a try down the road.
YOU WILL LOVE IT

It's a flaccid five. Gets larger when properly smoked.
Keep smokin girl!
____

Fun Fact -
The Flaccid Five were a tribute band some years back.
They were going for the big brass sound, constantly blowing their horns.
Though as hard as they tried, they could never keep it up.

Just a glance, and I thought of Simon & Garfunkel - Parsley, Sage, Rosemary & Thyme.
Whoa. Haven't heard that song in ages.

Like in a previous life. As a child. A wee, snot-nosed knee-skinned lad.
