For those who dont know John out here, most do, what he did here was amazing, Padillla Signature 1932 Pepin Rolled are my fav domestic ever, and John found a box of them , and out of the kindness of his heart got them for me. I am a big time bbq guy, and ( for 9 more days) part of the world champion bbq cook off team, I have cooked and served over 40K pork butts, 35K briskets, 50k racks of ribs, and countless lbs of chicken. I hate eating bbq, so I pair well with my soon to be wife. She is Indian and cooks homemade daily all meals. I find myself eating vegitarian 4 days a week. It isn't too bad. |

I did my cousin's tent at the stock show in Houston a few years ago. I dunno how you guys can do it. That show is friggen Hell. All the walking around aimlessly; yeah it's organized and all but the tent area is MASSIVE. You a Houston local? Would love to have a drink or two outside of the show. |

We cater ~10K people Thursday-Sat night for the Rams Club, which is the Lamb and Goat Auction Committee. I am there for the week, I head out of DFW with my trailer Monday at 5:00am and roll in around 11am so I can miss most of the traffic with that 28' 14,000# trailer. This is my 9th trip in 10 years. We have one of the biggest tents out there, 40'X180' and they pack that place out. I am stuck to the grounds for the most part, but if you make it out LMK and I will buy a beer and share a stogie. |
