Customer Service?? on hold for 50 minutes

How do i get in touch with customer service i have tried twice and no luck, 51 minutes and counting

I made two orders, both 3 days ago, on the mothership. Still haven't shipped yet. Sent them a customer service message via their web account interface.

If they're getting in so many orders it's hard to handle, that means they're taking in lots of extra money, plenty enough to hire more people to, you know, ACTUALLY SHIP the orders, which is kind of important.

***Update***
UPS site updated expected delivery date to 7/1/20..........They're going down for a nap anyway but having them secure in my humi makes me feel better.

Tried twice 30 minutes each and gave up. Gonna dispute charges. I ordered $30 of 2 x 10 pack cigars and got a cheap 5 pack. I guess I’ll just dispute chargers but I want my cigars 😥

Update - Well 55 minutes and got through super friendly customer service rep. They make it right.

I finally talked to a live body at the 1:55:00 mark of their horrible hold muzak. Love the site i told them that they need to have a call back system. Gave them a new credit card and still over 24 hours hasn't been processed. I'm not sure i will ever get my cigars, didn't have alot of confidence in The nice lady.ram27bat

Hey cigarnatal, Smokestax likes that music and many of us bought the CD. I heard that the record on hold was 7:55 so we are not impressed by anything less than 3 hours. Going on your 16th year of membership and this is your second post. I'll bet you smoke secretly and use a lot of mouthwash and cologne.

They showed up right on schedule yesterday afternoon.Box is napping safely and peacefully in my humi,life is almost good.
