jrd, yes they get much better with age (imagine that!) the one I had recently had "sweated" oils into the cedar wrapper which would have crystalized and turned in to plume had they not been gobbled up by the cedar. Which raises an interesting question... Cedar on? or off? LMAO!! Actually, young 858 SGs can have a bit of a bite. That definitely goes away with time.

That beli was awesome and man was it dark and oily! I didn't wake my belis to tell them...I just left the lid shut and lettin 'em sleep.
