TubeDoc, In an effort to inject some seriousness and decorum into a response to your post: The "blunt" shape is uniquely American and produced by almost all of the "drugstore" cigar makers, i.e. Phillies, White Owl, Tampa Nugget, Hav-A-Tampa, etc. In recent times they have become very popular with the young crowd. Because of their girth (large ring guage) they can be hollowed out and the mixed filler can be removed and replaced with cannabis. When they are referred to as "premo" the cannabis has been laced or sprinkled with cocaine, PCP, or methamphetamine. A lot of the cigar makers are now directly addressing the young (and perhaps not-so-young) market by offering traditional tobacco flavored blunts in exotic flavors such as mango, apricot, chocolate, etc. Their popularity has grown to the point that the term "blunt" now is commonly interpreted as a cannabis, or cannabis plus whatever other drug is used (if premo), laced cigar, rather than the actual shape of the cigar. Hope this clears things up a bit.

I gave up the funny stuff years ago when I started smoking cigars again! That was about 12 years ago!

If I want to get high, I simply smoke a Joya de Nicaragua Antano! Wow, what a blast!
