What does racoon taste like? I've eaten squirrel and it wasnt bad..

Hopefully this creature was a rabid day lurker but at least you didn't just kill it for sport. I'm mildly opposed to sport killing with no use of the animal. It seems cruel. Can't wait to see this hat.
