Right about 5pm I lit up an AF Anejo in honor of the Deck Herf. Since I couldn't be there in person, I was there in sprit.

I hope you boys had a great time and I wish I could have been there to meet everyone.

Just wanted to thank Doc, Mrs. Doc and "little" Docette for showing such hospitality and opening their home for us for a GREAT Herf!! They went above and beyond to make sure a good time was had by all. (If you thought the pass was organized... the herf was the same way...)

We met at Doc's house at 5:00 (17:00), well most of us... I was early and not to mention who was late...
We started by eating and drinking the great spread that was laid out for us... yum... then, out to the deck. Cigars were lit in honor of the Brothers of the Pass and the Pass was discussed in great detail...
After about 2 hours, we were off to a golf and country club in Pa. There, we sat overlooking the beautiful 18th hole, while we smoked, drank and ate some more. Conversations were great ! At 9:25 (21:25), we got together and blew some somke to the East, as promised, in honor of Billy, who is recovering from surgery.
At approx 10:00 (22:00), we were back off to Doc's deck. We all toasted with a glass of Port wine and smoked some more. Coffee was served alond with a huge sheet cake with an American Flag with the inscription: "MEGA HOOAH BOTL !" This was known as the Hooah cake...
After cake and coffee, the Herf broke up around 12:00 (00:00).

Thank you, again for the hospitality... A Great time was had by all!! This herf will be hard to top !!

Doc, and your wife, you set a VERY high standard for all future herfs! AND, let us not foget the efforts of Ropeman and Mike, whose contributions were enjoyed by all.
