Rick, thank you for the History Lesson on this.. it was very Insperational... and Knowledgable to say the least... many here did not know about the mosque being torn down nor rebuilt I am sure.. and the dividing wall before the 6 day war in 1967... and also the Palstinians in peace accords with Isreal... allowing the Isreali's access to the mosque... it was shut off to them again and again by Arafat and his militia for Alla... in 2002 the Al-Aqussa Mosque... was where Arafat soldiers were pinned down by Isreali Soldiers for a long stand off... while Arafat himself was held up under seige by the Isreali Army for many days they practically destroyed his headquarters with him in it... shelling it until the UN and United States stepped in to protect Arafat once again!!!!
