All I can say is AWESOME. I Love derby pie. Of all the things to send, you nailed it. My favorite flavor of Kentucky. Derby pie,is something, I couldn't have had, without visiting your fair state. You are the man.

You are welcome. Now comes the best part, since you like to cook. My mother-in-law gave me a recipe yesterday to pass along to you if you want it. The catch is that you can't call what you make "Derby Pie" since a Louisville company has trademarked the name and sues little old ladies and church groups for publishing recipes for "Derby Pie" even though the origin of it is lost to history.

Hey, a recipie for NonDerby Pie would be great. I do Love to cook, and NonDerby Pie, is one of my favorites. LOL

Homebrew no trade it's a freebi take a piece of salmon put it in a zip bag (remove the cigars 1st) and add 2 shots of either lemon juice or soy sauce and then 2 shots of vodka to it. Just let it get all happy in the fridge for at least an hour or longer if you wish and go ahead and BBQ it, buddy told me about it and it is great if you like fish. The wife likes it cause it is so easy to make.
