I'm beginning to think there has to me something in the smoke. I just don't know how to go about dealing with the manufacturer. I suppose an e-mail, and go from there. Just wanted to here back from some people before I start accusing them of poor quality control. Also I'm thinking they might tell be to talk with the retailer.
