Ok if someone can send me the links on where to order a few of these or I you have access to any and want to set up a trade I would appreciate it. I have some pretty good sticks to swap if you like.

Although these are very tasty, my expectations were not fulfilled. These new cammie puros are playing in Don Carlos league $$ and IMHO they don't match up. Nice cameroon flavor but just doesn't have the complexity nor the full body of a Don Carlos. Maybe some aging will bring that out, but at the intro price it's going to be hard to not pick up a DC instead...

FYI,

I spoke with a Ashton Rep. about this cigar. The reason for them being in short supply because the person who made this cigar past away this Oct. and they not sure if or when they can make more.

I'm with jd1 on this one. I found them to be somewhat one dimensional in flavor. Not a bad cigar, just not exceptional. Definitley a step down from a VSG.

Construction and burn were excellent but the taste just wasn't there.

just had my first puro sol and I wasn't nearly as disappointed as jd1 and barry - how much humi time did y'all give yours? Mine sat in the humi for about 1 month and I was very careful to light it properly and was rewarded with a cross between a cabinet and a vsg - not as much of the sweet biting flavor of the vsg but replaced with a smooth creamy taste that was almost as enjoyable.Could be an amazing stick for those who prefer a medium over full body/strenth. this one is no doubt the little sister of the vsg but almost as enjoyable (vsg is my #1 stick right now, so that says a lot) I plan on keeping a few in my humi as my local sells em for $8-9.
