But for the game winning mistake I thought Hasselbeck stacked up well against Favre today. Now if the Hawks can find a couple of receivers who can hold onto the ball......................!!

Damn... missed out on taking some cigars from Turnberry! LOL!

I understand that in the offseason the Seahawks will be asking the rules committee to allow them to play all games at home next year. LOL!

The Hawks do indeed seem to have a thing about playing at home. Green Bay in Seattle next year would be an interesting game don't you think?

Turnberry, I thank you much. Those SGs will feel right at home with the few I already have. My first free time of the day off to smoke a celabratory PAM since all 4 of my picks won this weekend.

The Hawks surprised me. But I still do not think you can begin to compare Matt to Brett or Peyton.

GO LSU!!!

Hey wait a sec..... The Seahawks won on the basis of point spread. All the odds makers were giving the Hawks 7 points and the Hawks lost only by 6.... Turn did you make this bet straight-up or on the odds??

Also JohnFS and I did manage to rendevouz at the Fox and got ourselves invited (well we kinda crashed) into the cigar lounge which was being reserved as a private party for Seahawk employees. With the frozen tundra of Seattle keeping some Hawks staffers away, there was room for us to share the spirit and some cigars with some Seahawk employees. They were very nice and gracious. Sad ending but there is alway next year.

To my chagrin it was a straight up bet with no point spread discussed. I would have felt really bad taking their Opus and Anejos with a victory margin of only 1 point net of the spread.

And pigs fly too! 🙂
