Choner, I like most of the "smaller" ISOM's as they are usually fairly inexpensive. I think that for a short, quick smoke they still have the "ISOM mystique".

I particularly like the small Partagas lines. And even if they are "machine made" they are cheap, relatively speaking, and taste good. Also, the Bolivar line.

I guess I am getting spoiled as more often I find myself picking out the cigars for "taste" rather then just to be smoking a cigar. And at that pace it is better to be smoking a good tasting "cheap" ISOM cigar.
Unless I have more time then of course I go to the BBF or PSD4.

So give the smaller ones a try. After all, what else have you got to do?

You can't go wrong with either Hog's or Rick's recomendations. Both great cigars in the petit corona size. THe San Cristibal is a more "in your face" smoke than the monte.

Ramon Allones Small Club Corona(42x4 3/4)
Cohiba Siglo I(40x4).

The 2003 production of the Monte #4s I've had have been the best in years. I just finished a box from '98 and the '03s beat them hands down.

Hey, I didn't see this anywhere else in the thread, but the Monte #4 is an awesome little ISOM IMO.
