One thing to bear in mind, it often takes some time to get the order together, filled, packaged and shipped.
Cbid and CI have been really great at doing that, but as a person who deals alot with orders, I can tell you that there are plenty of times where the package will often sit at the shipper for several days.
I can say that CBid's customer support is superior to most mail order companies I have dealt with, including my own.
I would give the customer support the benefit of the doubt and you may ask them what alternatives there are.
Most companies that have to back order products have little control over when the product comes back in stock.
