Here you go again...posting my pic. LOL

No really, this was a day I was looking forward to. Russ coming home safe so we could begin our new life together. From the time he left, till the time he got home, it seemed like a life time had gone by. I didn't sleep much. Worked my A$$ off to make sure everything was just perfect for his return. The relief I felt when his plane landed at our airport has no words to express it.

We were married one day before he went overseas. We didn't have time to get the rings because we eloped..LOL He procrastanated till the very last minute..LMAO!!! We decided not to get the rings overseas like he initally planned. We bought them here in the states while he was deployed. So the minute he got off that plane....We exchanged our rings. It was a kodak moment!!

We have really not had time to enjoy ourselves since he has been home. With all the bull he has been through coming home sick. Makes a person loose complete faith in the chain of command of the military, seeing what I have seen. I will just be glad when the battle is over so we can get back to our plans and our life.
