Yeah, I just called them again. Their voice mailbox is still "full" so I could not leave another msg. I had several more email attempts bounce, so I'm not sure if they're still in business or not. The msg I sent from their site to them was,

"I just tried to call again this AM and your voice mailbox was full. I've been trying to reach you for 6 days to resolve a problem. And you drape yourselves in the flag and the bodies of those who died on 9/11. I hope you all rot in Hell."

Well the last part was a bit strong, but oh well.

The site looks suspicious to me when they list having a box of Hemmingway (sic) Short Story Maduro for sale.

Robby, I dont know how your credit union works, but if you a visa/mastercard to place the order, there should be a charge to you in order dispute the charge on your account. Call the cc company and talk to them, they will ask you to resolve it with the merchant first, which you've already done.
