Matusow is deciding whether to call (and I bet he folds).
There's a huge difference.
The pot after her All In is only $85k so she was short stacked.
If she was in late position and there were only limp calls or a min raise in front of her, it's a text book play to go over the top to force a fold from the blinds and calls.
