There's not a lot of local stores ... I'd bet you're right about that ... drop me a note and let's make sure it happens ...

note received ...

and in one of those small world realizations, it turns out we HAVE met at a little event a local store was holding a couple of weeks ago ... Tim sat at a table along with me and Magnafide and our wives, ate lunch and had a cigar and a bit of chit-chat ...

Thanks all for the warm welcome.

Damn, it's 11:15 here on the left coast and time to burn one!

Greetings! Let me add the thought that a sweaterdor is even more cost effective than a coolidor! a 90-96qt plastic storage box from wallyworld, and a plastic shoe box from the same place, and a three pack of wet oasis foam, and two or three plastic trays all total around $14-15! Drill holes in the top of the shoebox and cut blocks of the oasis foam to fill and charge with 50/50 PG solution, and you have the credo from hell! the plastic trays are for your singles, and the spanish cedar is provided by boxed cigar storage!! The savings realized evaporate on cigar purchases! 🙂

The truth be told.....I just started this wonderful hobby in March. I've got a 20ct. humi......then bought a 100ct.......then started reading posts......and snagged my wife's 12 pack drink cooler!! I found myself in Walmart today- staring at a cool looking end table with wood construction and bamboo doors. The first thought I had was...damn....I wonder if I can figure a way to seal up the back and the doors on this thing! What have I gotten myself into??

Welcome, and brace yourself for next month's Visa bill. . . .

Skip the coolidor. . . . it'll fill up faster than you can say "I spent how much on cigars this month?". . . go directly to a cabinet humi like the Verona. . . . like this:
