Yep Slim, it is in Arkansas, my local sells about 8-9 varieties. I tried it in college, but it wasn't for me.

I think my locals' inventory is the same stock he had, 10 years ago.

i'd love to get a photo of it to show, it's in China right now. Sometimes customs are just ridiculous. last time I had some dried fish jerky that you cannot find in the states with me on my return trip, salted, roasted and packed in vacuum sealed packs. almost got confiscated as "fresh animal products", f---ing idiots! I resolved to never bring anything that I'd be afraid of losing. I do bring back a lot of the snuff bottles with drawings that's done from the inside as souvenirs as they turn out to be big hits and are fairly rarely seen here in los angeles.

if you do a search for "snuff bottles" on google, you'll find plenty of images, just think of mine as about the same shape, opaque jade, and nary a image on it so gaudy as the touristy stuff.

yep, despite the snuff bottle being tourist attractions, you'd be hardpressed to be able to find snuff anywhere in China, pretty much extinct since the 40's.
