Actually the allegations that I am familiar with date from the 1990s when Terry Reed (the left calls him a right-winger, if he is the guy you are talking about you are calling him a left-winger, whatever) wrote a book called "Compromised" that claimed that Bush senior, two of his sons (unnamed) and Clinton were involved in the Coke trade from Central and South America using a small Mena, Arkansas airstrip as their US base.

A great book that got the author in a lot of hot water. Time magazine did a vicious hit piece on the guy in the 90s. That persuaded me there might actually be something to his allegations. 😉
