zrx... go to a herbal store... or mothernature.com... and get some... the pills though they sell dropper liquid you can take that taste awfull but the pills are tasteless... they kick the **** out of any cold,flu,bug,nastyness you'll ever have. and get the good namebrand... you'll get what you pay for but even then it should be under fifty cents a pill i think
