Thanks for all of the great posts. I will take half the credit for how my kids turned out. IMO they are beautiful kids with even more beautiful personalities. Sometimes I forget how lucky we are to have them but I am being reminded daily during this holiday season. I am starting a new job in January and have the luxury of taking the whole month of December off which is allowing me to spend much more time with them.

As for the picture, all of the credit goes to my wife. It was taken down at the San Clemente pier in SoCal. One of our favorite places. Oddly enough, the picture was taken in color and then adjusted to black and white via software. Gotta love the digital age.

You need to enter that into some sort of photo contest...amazing!

Beautiful family...but, please tell me that they threw sand at each other right after the pic or that she pushed him into the water...just so that I can believe that my children that love to clobber each other are normal!

E-Chick- Oh yes, they go at it all the time (like any normal brother and sister) but all in all, they are great with each other and love each other very much. More importantly, they genuinely like each other. My son adores his older sister and is not quite the same when she is not around.

Beautiful kids to say the least! I gotta post a pic of my son and daughter. The four of them look like cousins!
