It's simple dolts, follow the Reagan model.

Deficits went up because Dems did not cut spending like they promised (surprise, surpise)....revenue nearly double under Reagan.

Review Obama's Health Care Bill...

At age 76 when you most need it, you are not eligible for cancer treatment

What Nancy Pelosi didn't want us to know until after the healthcare bill was passed. Remember she said, "pass it and then read it!!." Here it is!

THE CARE BILL HB 3200

JUDGE KITHIL IS THE 2ND OFFICIAL WHO HAS OUTLINED THESE PARTS OF THE CARE BILL.

Judge Kithil of Marble Falls, TX - highlighted the most egregious pages of HB3200

Please read this........ especially the reference to pages 58 & 59

JUDGE KITHIL wrote:

** Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally.

** Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual's bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

** Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

** Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)

** Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors' fees..

** Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration care according to the patient's age.

** Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception.

** Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five years. (Death counseling..)

** Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order.

HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goes on to identify:

"Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress. Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan financially sound for their future."

SEC. 152. PROHIBITING DISCRIMINATION IN HEALTH CARE.

(a) In General- Except as otherwise explicitly permitted by this Act and by subsequent regulations consistent with this Act, all health care and related services (including insurance coverage and public health activities) covered by this Act shall be provided without regard to personal characteristics extraneous to the provision of high quality health care or related services.

(b) Implementation- To implement the requirement set forth in subsection (a), the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall, not later than 18 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, promulgate such regulations as are necessary or appropriate to insure that all health care and related services (including insurance coverage and public health activities) covered by this Act are provided (whether directly or through contractual, licensing, or other arrangements) without regard to personal characteristics extraneous to the provision of high quality health care or related services.

And here is the real pertinant section to what you are complaining about:

SEC. 246. NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS.

Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States.

The person who should know how to get economy going is the person who applied for the job, said he knew how, and accepted the job.

1. Overpromise
2. Underdeliver
3. Inflate the government sector bubble
4. Rapidly increase the national debt
D. Declare the rich to be the enemy and undertaxed
6. Declare business to be the enemy and undertaxed
7. Latch onto anything "green"

Sit back and wait for corporations and small business to hire and act surprised when they don't.

It definitely isn't the same old approach.

The dems increased the defense budget under Reagan from 4-6 % of GDP? What Reagan did best was shift the tax burden from the wealthy, ie capital gains, corporations and old investment to new investment and payroll taxes, aka the middle class, where it still is today.

But dp will still blame the liberals for that.

This after a 'good' job report in May:

House Speaker John Boehner, who credits the tax-cut deal that President Obama cut with Republicans:

The improvement seen in this report is a credit to the hard work of the American people and their success in stopping the tax hikes that were due to hit our economy on January 1. Removing the uncertainty caused by those looming tax hikes provided much-needed relief for private-sector job creators in America.

Texas Congressman Jeb Hensarling, chairman of the House Republican conference:

The improvement in our nation’s jobs report is welcome news and demonstrates the resilience of the free enterprise economy in spite of the onslaught of the Democrats’ big government agenda. But the real question is why is it taking so long and why is the recovery so weak? The modest improvement can be attributed to two factors – the free-market economy is slowly moving toward a recovery from this deep recession, and with Republicans controlling one lever of the lawmaking powers, job creators know the upper limits of the Democrats’ legislative pain is behind them.

GOP Rep. Tom Price, in a statement entitled, "Republicans Taking Action to Remove Barriers to Job Growth":

“House Republicans will not rest in our efforts to break down those barriers to job creation put in place by Washington Democrats,” said Chairman Price. “Just this week, we voted to remove an onerous mandate on small businesses so they can focus on growth and creating jobs, and we are offering concrete leadership with a responsible plan to reduce the size of government spending and start to tackle the looming debt crisis."

An aide to House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Brian Patrick:

THERE ARE THE JOBS: Republicans Prevent Massive Tax Increase, Economy Begins to Improve: U.S. companies plan to hire more workers in the coming months amid growing optimism over the economy, a quarterly survey released Monday showed, providing further evidence that the jobs market is turning around. In the fourth-quarter poll of 84 companies by the National Association for Business Economics found 42% of companies interviewed, ranging from manufacturing to finance, expect to boost jobs in the six months ahead. That's up from 29% in the first three months of 2010. Only 7% in the latest survey predict they will shed jobs in the coming six months, down from 23% at the start of last year.

So I guess Republicans are ready to line up and take credit for the bad job report? Right?

we are so overregulated its crazy. memphis now has a metro alarm office with an appointed official who is the relative of one of the councilwomen who was arrested for DWI, lost her license, went to a different DMV and was caught trying to get a duplicate and was caught on video driving w/o her license but she still sits on the council. anyway this office is issuing citations for what they deem are false alarms now. we had 108mph winds last month which triggered several alarms, i was told we had to pay $200+ fine for each and go to court then an alarm training class. really? you are going to train me on what? i arm it and leave. plus the stupid citation has a box for WEATHER RELATED which they didnt check. plus how da hell do you know its false, maybe the alarm scared them away? ridiculous. im not going or paying any of it. they said they will shut off my alarm, i asked them how since i dont get it from them (neither the alarm nor phone lines)

ok rant over. thanks🍺
