We had an excellent year for peppers William, next year we bail on most everything else and go with tomatoes and peppers ONLY!!! Might create a completely separate spot for corn next year....

All we grow are peppers and tomatoes... and spices.... gave up on squash and all the other stuff and stuck with the salsa garden... just a bad year.. I think we had about 45 days over 100 deg... 😟

We weren't that hot but we set some state records here as well, can't explain it really. Seems like this summer was a close repeat of last year in that we had a very wet spring but then experienced drought like conditions the rest of the summer, but was definitely hotter this year. And yes we should have bailed long ago on the other chit, I like the thought of adding in herbs though.....perhaps a small raised bed for those as well.

This spice mix of yours, what is the chance it would hold up in a paste? Thinking it would be good smothered over a slab of meat.

Anyways I have a healthy respect for how hot these things are..I use a bit of the powder in rubs for steak...too hot for a popper way too hot...
