So as an appropriate thought, what's a good baby cigar to buy?
Seeing iv got a few BOTL friends to send out to, I'm gonna need a full box. Iv seen a Tubo Romeo N Juliet and an A.Fuente.
But I didn't know if I should just trash that thought and go with a box of short story or something else. I like the idea of a banded cigar to celebrate boy or girl, but want a decent smoke too.
Any thoughts or advice?

Lemme try to find the thread... I think I remember someone getting laser-etched "It's a boy/girl" cigars from somewhere. I've seen "My Father" suggested as an appropriate stick, and I've seen the suggestion to get a box of CC's that will age well and smoke one every year on the kiddo's birthday, too.

I too thought about CC's... and you could even give the kid some at 18!

Thanks Bill!
We're both super excited, I got to tell joker last night that he gets to be a godfather, finally!

Thanks Terry! I'm praying for a boy.....[-o<
I'm already out numbered with two ladies in the house.
Gotta have me a son to raise to smoke with his old man.
Here's the kicker, if its a boy, his name will be Lex Lancaster!
I'm embracing the inner superman fan that I am! Love me some Smallvile / Superman HE HE HE

Yea, I figuired I'll be getting snipped snipped after this one! It's the basic 2x2 theory
2 parents = 2 kids
2 hands = 2 screaming kids

Bottom line
1 paycheck = 4 mouths to feed 🤦

But regardless we both really wanted another kid and at 30 years old, I'll still be youthful to enjoy life after they grow up, graduate and move out!

Yes sir...I think 3 is right for us. At 33 I have no desire for any more, but the wife is still on the fence so I am holding off. I always said 32 was my cut off. I want to retire at 50 and travel the world trying every type of wine (or other alcoholic beverage) and cigars I can get my hands on. On track right now, but only time will tell.

Is your older girl excited? I know mine was.

Oh yea! (Abby) my 7 year old is super excited! She wants a little sister, well so long as she doesn't have to clean poopy diapers.... Lol
She's been asking a million questions like where do baby's come from, how does Jesus put the baby in the belly, where does the baby come out? I just laughed and told my wife this was one of those mother / daughter conversations

It only gets scarier. My 10 year old girl has hormones raging like there's no tomorrow. The mood swings are insane. My 8 year old wants to be a big sister pretty badly but that ain't happening.

Lex Lancaster would be an amazing name!

Muahaha, my 10 year old girl is the same way. I am trying to prepare myself for the day she decides she hates me (not there yet) as most teenagers do. We are just stupid old parent after all. Bracing for impact 😱

Yea I think that has allot to do why we went from Hell No in the thoughts of having another kid, too..... Sure, let's do it!
Abby is growing up so quickly and becoming so independent that we miss out baby!
Don't get me wrong, I love that we can go places and do stuff with her at this age, but that feeling of a new born is just amazing! ( minus the cost, lack of sleep, screaming, crying, the baby crying, no sex, dirty house, poor, poopy diapers, and what else am I forgetting?

Except for the diapers and baby crying, not much has changed at my house since the kids got older. Good times.
