Wow how things work! The company offered a truck to move the family in may when the kids get out if school..... wow im so excited to get to Phoenix the end of this month. His business plan is perfect for Phoenix. He has taken over the Tucson region and now its my turn to do The same in Phoenix.

We worked together in the early 90's and in the late 90's. He knows what I can do and searched me down in MO to make me an offer. I have quit my job and itching to head to AZ!!!!

The family could always use prayers for the upcoming move and the search for a rental house while we look for a home to purchase. Looks like we will be owning property in MO for a while hope it sells when it gets green!!!!!

Congrats man. Glad things are working out for you! Awesome the company offered a moving truck. Will save a lot. Now you just need a crew to load and unload it. Good luck on the rental search. Know what a bitch that can be too. It'll all work-out in the end!

Congrats

Yeah man... from what I understand pretty much a buyer's market everywhere. We are just a few months ahead of you in situation. Best of luck with selling your property. Hope you get what you need.

Guess it's a matter of perspective. Friend moved to Houston and purchased a "resort" of a home for a fraction of a smaller property in PA. He loves Texas and now I can crash at his house! Can't wait to visit.

One of my first orders was from Mikes. Shipping was not stellar but could have been UPS. Can't wait to visit Texas. Want to hunt something big and eat Texas barbeque.

Sorry for the thread-jack coop.

Do hope your relocation goes well.

Not sure yet. My buddy got a Corporate-gig and travels a lot. He just became resident a few months ago, and I in CO last week. Applications are due soon. He just came back from a week of goose-hunting in OK and KS so we're hoping to at least do that come Fall.
