The best fairly easily found bourbon I have is the Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 20 year old at about $80. A.H. Hirsh 16 is good but getting very hard to find, it used to be $40 but now it is more like $65-80. Eagle Rare 17yo Bourbon is a good buy at about $40 and the George T. Stagg (first or second bottling) is excellent. There are a number of limited run bourbons that are very good but they don't stay in production so once you finish the bottle you'll almost never see them again.

I gonna pick up some George T Stagg on Friday. Maybe some Pappy 15 yr if they have it.

I have tried it but don't own it myself. A bit over-priced IMO but fairly good stuff. Good for collecting if you don't open it.
