Cops may have completed their investigation at the scene, but I will bet there is a lot more info to come out: drug screen, photos of the scene and both Zimmerman and Trayvon, witness statement(s), 911 tapes, verification whether the person screaming for help was Zimmerman or Trayvon, etc. etc. Some of this stuff may not come out for a long time for strategic reasons. It is only up to the police whether to arrest right then and there. The decision to prosecute belongs solely within the discretion of the prosecutor. I think I said it in my first post. I don't think the investigation is complete.
