Oh...I thought you meant Bundy.

Robert is the only person here on the boards that gives a rats dangling berries about Sharpton & Co...and the message of hate!

That's not a "translation" I'd care to make of what you're doing.

You're giving a racist a stage in your mind. You're surrendering your time to give him an audience. You're the ONLY one here that can't see that this one trick pony only has one song. You believe there's validity to him and his message. Robert, he wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire, on your knees begging for it.

Anybody that thinks George Zimmerman is not guilty needs to sign a Racist Guestbook, include their address, so their property to be looted and burned immediately upon not guilty verdict.

They have to convict him. If they don't, after all the riots, they'll have to rename the city Samford & Sons.

Meanwhile back at the ranch....

Trayvon’s Mother Says Shooting Was Accident Then Retracts Statement

In an interview Thursday morning on NBC’s TODAY show, Sybrina Fulton had said: “I believe it was an accident. I believe that it just got out of control and he couldn’t turn the clock back.”

After the comment was Tweeted and reported by media outlets, a spokesman for the Martin family, said Fulton’s comments had been “mischaracterized.”

“When I referenced the word ‘accident’ today with regard to Trayvon’s death, in NO way did I mean the shooting was an accident,” Fulton said.

“My son was profiled, followed and murdered by George Zimmerman, and there was nothing accidental about that,” she said, clarifying that the “accident” was that Martin and Zimmerman ever crossed paths.

Watch the video though...her demeanor and body language say something other than her retracted statement! The family lawyer DIDN'T step in there...but when it went to STREET COURT...they changed their tune!

DrMaddVibe wrote:

Her "tune" was whatever they meant when she said it. I didn't interpret what she said to mean that the shooting was an accident- like the gun was fired by accident, or that this all was the product of an unavoidable sort of "accident" of any sort for which no one should be held accountable.

I am not surprised the least bit her attorney didn't step in. He may have understood exactly what she meant from rehearsal and/or context. Most important, however, is that whatever she thinks means absolute-zero under the law and is totally irrelevant.

http://localtvwreg.files.wordpress.com/2012/04/zimmermanaffidavit.pdf

The Probable Cause Affidavit seems to be pinned on two issues: 1) Zimmerman "profiled" Trayvon; and 2) Zimmerman failed to heed a direct command to cease following Trayvon.

"Profiling" is a STATE OF MIND that can only be proven by either A) an admission; or 😎 circumstantial evidence. Profiling, in and of itself her is not illegal unless it was racially based. How Zimmerman explained or explains his readings will be critical on this issue.

As to "failing to head", I would have to listen to the actual tapes, un-doctored, straight from the state or verified by the state to be complete and accurate.

Lord knows what the witness statements contain.

We simply don't know enough, IMO, to decide either way yet. Now, Zimmerman's lawyer will get to cross examine the affiants before the case really moves forward.

Gonna be very legally interesting. Much moreso than Casey Anthony because I think he will have to testify.

Alan Dershowitz Doesn’t Hold Back: “Zimmerman Arrest Affidavit “Irresponsible And Unethical”

The prosecutor in Florida released her “probable cause” affidavit in the Zimmerman case and Dershowitz is not impressed. In this interview he’s right on every point, especially noting that Corey has overcharged and the affidavit doesnt even meet the lowest standard for probable cause. Worth watching for the correct perspective on just how far Corey has gone pandering to the lynch mob.

Trayvon had every right to be there. Zimmerman didn't "stand his ground--" he went after Trayvon after being told not to go after him. If some jackass came up on me in the dark, I'd fight back, too. The cries of, "Help, help!" were from Trayvon--until he got shot to death by a wanna-be cop. Those are all the facts I need.

I am not saying you are right or that you are wrong, but:

How do you know Z was "told not to go after him"? have you read that on a certified transcript or heard an un-doctored tape recording? The most I have heard is to the effect of: "Sir, we don't need you to do that." That is NOT a clear-cut command like, for example". "Stop following him right now. Do not pursue him. Do not keep an eye on him. Go directly back home or to your vehicle the quickest way possible!".

How do you know the calls for help are from Trayvon and not Zimmerman? Because Trayvon's mom said so? Isn't her assertion, at the very least, subject to attack based on bias?

The "stand your ground" law has never really been tested. One could argue that Z was "standing his ground" if he was attacked from behind, punched in the face, knocked down and his head was being slammed against the ground, as alleged. If that is truly proven to be a fact, then wouldn't protecting one's self from fear of further injury or death reasonable?

My point here is that your "facts" have not been proven to me thus far. I just truly believe it is too soon and that we in the public have no idea what the evidence will really be. Innocent until proven guilty...

Why are trying to confuse people with facts? 98.2% of the public and people here have already decided he's innocent or guilty... Why wait for all the facts to come out...

One thing I personally believe, this kid shouldn't be dead, now whether Zimmerman is guilty of anything or had the legal right to shoot him, I don't know, my gut is he probably didn't break any laws based on what little I know ..that's my gut, in reality, I don't have enough facts to make even a laymans opinion... My kids who is a young attorney has already convicted him... But she's young..... (oh, and no criminal experience plus she told me 100% that Casey Anthony would be convicted) so her track record so far is 0-1
