Sounds like fun! I've never joined in on a box pass before. Who do I PM my addy to?

How do you go about lowering the count? split what's in there among the people who already participated?

Kombat96 (hope he's doing well, haven't seen him around in awhile) is the boss of this pass, and he's got the itinerary, CelticBomber and Kratzer001.

It is on the west coast now, and the boss wanted to hit as many states as possible. After tmccork and kharzhak get their shot, it's going up to Alaska for Akfireguy, then to Oklahoma, for tlmac, then to coolbreze in Texas before heading east, and then north.

What state do you guys live in, and we may be able to re-route the box when it lands nearby?

I would pull the troop sticks to reduce the size of the box, but leave a new troop stick bag for the next guy. Kombat may want to collect them all for a big troop bomb, so ask him first and maybe send the troop bag so far to him. If he is okay with forwarding it on now (or if he doesn't answer), I'd send it on to the troops.

Some of the more experienced guys may want to chime in on that though.

I thought there was a playa in Chicago for the Illlinois stop and I thought maybe it would come here (Nebraska) during the "midwest" swing. If I missed out, no problem, just thought I'd thrown that back out there.

There are two brothers in Illinois: smokestaxx (I heard he may have died from smoke inhalation, though. Nice young man, on his birthday too. Shame.... J/K) and Juyceman. They are on the homestretch as the box heads back to the the start.

Advojp, send either or both of them your addy and whoever is closer can ship the box to you and you can route it to the next player in the list. (edit: nevermind, send your addy to akfireguy instead, since Nebraska is closer to Alaska than Oklahoma. see post #164 for list of players and order they will receive the box)

Since Kombat96 hasn't been around and hasn't responded, I'll step in and go with the spirit of Kombat's wishes when he started this: get as many people involved and as many states involved as possible.


Kratzer001, PM your addy to Akfireguy, in Alaska, and ask him to send the box to you instead of tlmac in Oklahoma. Send me your addy once you've connected with our bro in AK, so I can update the players list for Kombat. When you get the box, put in some sort of small memento of your state. Guys have put in official state stickers, business cards of local B&M's or roller shops, boxes of matches, etc.

Then send the box to the next player on the list, tlmac in OK.

So what are the chances of this Box Pass Version 2012 actually making the circuit before 2013? I'm beginning to have my doubts (and fears that by the time it gets to MA it will be via Fedex Freight or container ship).
