Give the picker a break. The guy is probably pulling hundreds of orders a day, singles, 5vers, samplers, boxes. If it says 6 singles, he pulls a 5ver if available and a single, or 6 singles if no 5ver is available. Two 10 packs could also be sent as a box, depending. He sees an order for 6 of such and such, sees that the box contains 6, and throws in one as he's already looking at the next order. An understandable mistake.

Ok - so:

@skinny - good for you brother. I like it. Angry, surly, and easily pictured chomping on a cigar while frothing in your righteous ignorance. Brilliant - we can be friends.

@shippingcomments - you're right. I was more concerned with the shipping sloppiness; in my communications with CI/CB service. No tape, no wrap - just 6 smokes in a bag loose in a box (gasp! add that to 5 missing samplers and you've got... a stoned shipper?). Anyways - the CI/CB brand depends on quality shipping - they took this seriously and I'm well satisfied.

@fishy - oh, i figured. we're talking about a room ful of men who not only fixate on brown mouth held phallic objects they ALSO tend towards spending waaaaay too much time on computers. So, I figure I know what I did - and I think most'll know where the line is. Funny thing is though, for those that don't - tell me who wins there?
