Regan enacted the plan, even though it was written well before his term.
But that's not the point.

When Regan, Clinton and Dubya were in office, NOBODY voted for them because they'd get a free phone.

Today, however, we get legions of entitlement babies who DO vote for such reasons.

Outrage may be misplaced. But the term "disgust" does come to mind.

The intent of the initial post may have been about the misinformed voters who think obama's giving them phones. (I don't know Bucky's intent). But most of the posts after it have been blaming Obama for giving poor people phones....
