The folks you quoted are idiots (especially Trump). Most conservatives would never consider violence in any form. I really don't think things would be this calm right now if Romney had won. Would have been a fine excuse for some of the less stable on the Left to go out and get their "revenge" by looting, burning and otherwise destroying anything in their path.
