All YOU have to do is list some (non-elitist, $8 or less) cigars you would like and if someone has some on your list, they will send them to you.
Then it's THEIR turn to post a list for someone to fill.

Ya see, Philly Jack posted his list. I saw a few sticks that I could help him out with, so I picked him up. Then it was MY turn to post a list, but I passed that turn to YOU, so YOU just need to post YOUR list . . . and SOON !
