Whoever is "it" gives a list of wants. Anyone can come by and say "I have some of dem'! I got him/her! If they have some of the cigars on the list that is.. Once you send the desired cigars to the "it" person, you give your own list of wants..someone will come by who has some of your -wants- and send them to you..and so the cycle continues. The wants in this thread are a little more costly or difficult to come by than the other two PIB/want threads. Be sure to check those out as well to see which one would work best for you. All three are good.
