It helps to read the Rules in the first post.

Should be at least a 5er (not 4) but there really only needs to be 1 included from the Wants list.

So, just a question from those who can respond without being azzhats, is sending 1 cigar from a persons PIB list on purpose is ok even if you can fill more but then you hope and expect that after you pick that person up that whoever gets you sends you 4 for 4 or more is acceptable? Just a pattern iv been seeing from lurking. The rules say yes, I'm aware of that but seems kinda chitty to me.
