I have no plans to move to China.....yet. I'm trying though. I've grown tired of my latest habitat, and that sure is some beautiful country with a enough history and land to keep my legs hiking, my mind thinking, and oh.....I'm sure there's a few other things I can keep busy there.

I have put a great deal of my finances into China though.....so far it's paying off. I gained 68% on the average last year. I put a rather large sum into a medium-high risk for one year and it turned out 107%. I rolled it right back over again into the same fund.

Here's a secret I'll let my BOTL in on.........China, India, Russia.....in that order. Isle of Man is a good place to think about storing the dividends.

There are now 74 million families in China that can afford, and are buying cars. In a few short years, the market will be bigger than the entire continent of North America......ask GM, they'll tell you why they are building there.

American companies turn an average of 42% on their China operations.

$10 an hour to pay an American worker to make clothing.....68 cents to pay a Chinese worker.

China has 320 million kids under the age of 14.....more than the entire population of the US. Of these kids, there are 7 times more folks in China with broadband internet than in the US. There are also 186 MBA programs available in China.......a third of them from US colleges, over half from England. China has more speakers of fluent English as a second or third language than America has native English speakers. 8 of 10 Chinese kids can speak English.

Sound like a bunch of BS to anyone? Look at those kids I mention in 20 years and see exactly where they might (will) stand in regards to global power. Those are your CEO's, CFO's, and top management of the 1 in 10 US firms that are currently relocating or building in Northern Asia.

Okay, that's fair enough. Of course that 1.5 mil won't be worth a whole lot 20 years from now. In fact it will be worth about 250K (if that). My little hint above can make your 1.5 mil today into 3 mil next year, but if you want to keep it in a 3% savings account, that's cool I guess.

My Grandpa told me when I was in high school how he was so proud to have 105K in his bank account (this was just over 20 years ago). He was retired and got a pension and social security. The last 3 years of his life, I paid all the bills, he literally had no money left. Keep that in mind.

Anyway, I picked up a house and some land north of the Gold Coast in Australia 12 years ago for just over 80K. Valued now at over a mil. When you see a chance, you take it. I'll say it again for those that weren't listening.......China, India, Russia, in that order.
