'gater, I agree with the first part of your last. He's guilty of bearing arms against US soldiers. He admits it. What about the prison break thing? He was there? Guilt by association? People tried that in the 50's. It aint right. All I'm saying is: "Before you pick the firing squad, make sure the guy actually did what is alleged". And if he renounced his citizenship, he can't be guilty of treason. He fought for his country and should be a prisoner of war. That was the original arguement.
