Squeeky Cheese!!!!!! My dad would bring this home on Friday nights as a "treat" if the kids were good during the week. Ahh WI...cheese as a reward system. Cheese curds are best when they are still warm and fresh from the factory...also with just a dash of salt......but i have yet to meet a bad cheese curd...yummm

curds are phenomenal. we have them here in minnesota, too.
