Most boutique cigars fall in the 8.00-12.00 range. Granted I learned everything the hard way from Vets on here. Should we not want to promote these types of smokes to Noobs?

N00bs already send each other smokes in the N00b pib. (Which lets face it are 3.00-8.00 msp smokes) I understand one mans **** is another mans treasure.

i guess I may be the only one who thinks this, but Classifying a Boutique Cigar as an elitist smoke should not be the case. If it was not for Steve getting me turned on to these smokes I never would have gave them the time of day.

I think you are missing the point here. This PIB is for $8 and under cigars that you make a specific list for where as the noob PIB is for people to establish themselves. Also your sarcasm sign doesn't take way from the fact I have seen you trash what the noob PIB packages are in the past. This is not about promoting a cigar brand or opening someones eyes to a new brand. This is about getting a chance to try something you don't have and helping someone else in the same. If you can't make a list that keeps with the rules then don't pick anyone up.

If you think your cigar taste is too good for $8 and under cigars then go to the elitist PIB where the list are supposed to be for anything you want to try at any price.

There are rules and they were made for a reason in this PIB.
