The guy in front is holding a can of Lech Beer (the green can). Lech is a really good beer (lager, about 7% alc), and is a locally brewed favorite. I don't really do too much beer, but I like this one.

If this is in fact Poland then the girl is most likely topless. Like Russia, Australia, Czech, and most other Euro (or Euro founded) countries, women tend to go topless for swimming or beaching.
