Around here, low snow levels for three straight years means no water in canals and reservoirs which leads to no water for farms, low water tables, and fires all summer long. Bad deal.

I only have to go about 20 minutes North of where I live, I'm damn close to Wyoming, sit by a windmill, in a ground blind, hot as hell but works very well.
