Listening to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - Hypnotic Eye

WOW!!

The band is back to a lost glory...every song on this is awesome. You're going to hear The Doors...Santana...Derek & The Dominos...ZZ Top...Bob Dylan...but when it all gets boiled down...it's that lil band from Gainesville!!!

The ONLY thing decent that town ever kicked out!

Inspired by Wheel's recent postings about the Stones:

Rolling Stones - "Live'r Than You'll Ever Be" - Nov. 9, 1969 - Oakland, CA and then "Let it Rock Hamburg" - Sept. 14, 1970 - Hamburg, GER

On a Stones kick:

Soundboard comp of two Texas shows June 24 & 25, 1972 then a Sept. 3, 1973 show from Brussels, Belguim. Nothing like Mick Taylor-era Stones.
